     静静看一看天空，这个世界无比辽阔，可我们内心却只有一个“我”，这就是痛苦的根源。

    

     Calmly looking up at the sky, we found ourselves in a borderlessworld. However we always stick to the “self” in our minds and that is the cause of all suffering.
