Dr. Onuchic’s main goal is to lead the biological physics community as it attempts to devise an integrated picture of a variety of model biochemical and biological systems. His research has expanded across the scales of molecular-level interactions to cellular systems to organized multi-cellular structures.

Assistant Professor, Department of Chemical Biology, College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, Peking University.
Dr. Zou’s lab focuses on inventing chemistry-enabled tools to study cellular structure, function and signaling pathways, with a particular focus on neuroscience. This mainly follows two lines of efforts: enzyme-based probes for profiling biomolecules in neurons, and optical reporters for neural activity.
