     Postdoctoral Fellow in Cancer Immunoprevention

     Postdoctoral fellow position in the laboratory of Steven Lipkin MD PhD (Gladys and Roland Harriman Professor of Medicine, Vice Chair of Research, Joan and Sanford Weill Department of Medicine, Weill Cornell). The candidate will participate in an NCI “Moonshot” Immuno-Oncology Translation Network supported project to develop a cancer immunoprevention vaccine for Lynch syndrome, a cancer predisposition genetic syndrome that generates large numbers of immunogenic neoantigens and affects an estimated one million Americans.

     The project will use state of the art mechanistic and immunological analyses of Lynch syndrome mouse models and Lynch patient registry biospecimens to delineate immunogenic neoantigens, vaccine:adjuvant combinations, T-cell cultures and cfDNA assays. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative postdoctoral fellow to lead this project using state of the art genomic approaches. Successful applicants should have strong familiarity with immunology/tumor immunology, quantitative data analysis and genomic technologies.

     Applicants should have evidence of their productivity including at least 1-2 leading author publications, US Citizenship, or eligibility for Permanent Residency or H1-b visa.
