任职要求:
1. 主治以上职称，具有执业医师证，能变更注册；
2. 国内三甲医院五年以上工作经验或国外5年以上临床经验；
3. 系统掌握妇产科/儿科/消化内科学术相关理论和临床专业知识及学术新进展；
4. 在消化内镜的诊断和治疗方面有较丰富的临床经验，能够独立操作胃肠镜和内镜相关治疗，有ESD、ERCP等治疗内镜经验者优先；
5. 语言要求：汉语、英语流利者优先。

1. Unencumbered license topractice medicine in Shanghai as an MD.
2. Completion of AccreditedOB/Gyn /Pediatrics Residency Program
3. Board Certified orequivalent in OB/GYN；/in Pediatrics/in GI medicine.

职位描述
职责描述(Accountabilities)：
1、 熟悉国家宏观政策与经济发展形势，熟悉医疗行业现状、发展趋势、市场环境和医院自身经营等相关信息及时收集、整理、分析，为公司可持续性发展进行战略部署提出建议，协助完成集团医疗整体发展战略，确定医院经营方针和经营形式；
2、 跟踪、研究竞争对手的发展动向与策略，及时提出有效经营应对策略与管理建议；
3、 制定医院长期发展，中短期医疗工作计划。
4、 督促检查各临床、医技、护理各环节医疗质量和终末医疗质量。
5、 处理患者的投诉、纠纷工作。
6、 主持、指挥全院性的会诊、大型抢救、学术交流、新技术项目开展推广等医护技术活动，并做出科学决策。
7、 负责医疗纠纷的防控工作，对医疗纠纷组织调查、讨论及善后处理工作。
8、 经常深入科室，了解病人的就诊情况，征求病人意见，督促医护人员不断改进服务工作
9、 定期向总经理汇报医院的医疗业务运行情况并接受不定期工作询问
任职资格(Job qualification)：
1. 临床医学或医学管理等相关专业，本科以上学历；
2. 8年以上医院管理经验，熟悉现代医院管理制度、管理模式、服务流程;
3. 具有较强的组织领导文字撰写和口语表达能力、协调公关能力及优秀执行能力;
4. 熟悉国家政策、法律、法令、法规，有丰富的医学、社会学行政管理知识，了解和掌握当代医学科技和医院管理的最新动态，并能够创造性地应用于医院管理实践。

Job Description
· Provide expert advice to the Board with respect to monitoring anddefining the future clinical direction of the organisation, paying particularattention to clinical governance and quality considerations.
· Implement and oversee distinct arrangements for the management of andaccountability for clinical robustness and safety, including that of youngpeople accessing services.
· Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at continuousquality improvement and aligning the organisation with relevant accreditationstandards.
· Lead the review and evolution of the clinical governance framework,ensuring applicability to all clinical programs.
· Develop and implement well-defined systems for the delivery ofclinical care and the management of a multidisciplinary clinical workforce.
· Develop, implement and oversee the clinical risk management system,encompassing a risk register, mitigation strategies and procedures formonitoring risk over time.
· Critically review the clinical incident and complaints managementsystem, implementing improvements as necessary, and oversee responses to suchevents.
· Establish a comprehensive performance monitoring and reportingframework and oversee adherence to this over time.
· Critically review clinical strategies and programs in accordance withboth the internal and external operating environments and the strategicdirection set by the Board.
· Monitor the external environment to enable anticipation of, andstrategic responses to, changes in government policy, including regulatory requirements,as they relate to mental health service provision.
· Remain up-to-date with the latest research findings and therapeuticinterventions to ensure clinical best practice.
· Keep abreast of emerging models of healthcare delivery, and identifyand define innovated strategies to achieve business objectives.
· Ensure that all relevant legislative and regulatory obligations aremet and that high quality records are maintained.
