     中年危机是一个令我们耳熟能详的词汇，现代人往往从生活和社会压力解释中年危机，但100年来，心理学家的解释则更多地侧重于内在的生理和心理状态。

     弗洛伊德认为，人到中年期间，每个人的思想都会受到死亡恐惧的驱使，从而产生强烈的危机感。

     而荣格则认为，中年危机则和自我实现、自我意识有关。在中年这个特殊的人生节点，一个人的思维、感觉、直觉会进行整合，从而导致一个人在生活和人生目标上出现困惑。

     爱利克则认为，生育与停滞的人生阶段是造成中年危机的重要原因，在这个阶段的成年人面临着改善后代生活的压力，同时意识到死亡的必然性。

     关于男性的中年危机，有心理学家认为，雄性激素的下降、配偶更年期后生育期结束，会带给中年男性更多心理上的变化。从而让他们的家庭、婚姻以及社会关系，产生更多的危机。

     虽然每一位父亲都会老去，但我们永远都是父亲的孩子。
