·慢性压力有多普遍?它已经如影随形成为了我们生活的一部分,甚至让许多上班族察觉不到它的存在。
·根据美国的一份统计数据显示,全球约三分之一的人感到压力、担忧或愤怒。超过四分之三的美国成年人报告有头疼、疲倦或睡眠问题等压力症状。这些压力主要来源于:金钱(64%)、工作(60%)、经济(49%)、家庭责任(47%)、个人健康问题(46%)。并对美国一半的成年人造成了负面的生活影响,并且在年轻一代的身上更高。
·虽然压力并非一个明确的疾病,但它实实在在地影响着我们的心理及生理健康。学会如何处理压力,如何从心出发,对那些压力源感到释怀,可能将是现代智人在社会中修行的必修课。
