     11月20日，是联合国发起的世界儿童日。

     世界儿童日，在1954年12月14日由联合国大会第836(IX)号决议通过。联合国建议全世界所有的国家，都设立世界儿童日。而且在每年合适的时间，都可以用自己的方式去庆祝儿童日。

     到了1959年11月20日，联合国大会又通过了《儿童权利宣言》，宣言明确了全世界各个国家儿童都享有的基本权利：应该享受健康成长、发展、受教育的权利，同时也应该受到保护和救济，不应该受到任何形式的忽视、虐待，以及剥削。

     到了1989年11月20日，联合国大会再次通过了《儿童权利公约》，这是保障儿童权利且具有法律约束力的国际性约定，全世界196个国家缔约，为保护儿童一起创建良好的成长环境。

     无论男童还是女童都应该被好好保护，愿世界上每一个儿童都能有快乐的童年。
