     公司的活太多了，人手不够。

     员工的工作效率低，无法高效完成工作。

     人力资源部应该强势进入运营管理层，熟悉公司的业务发展，能够提前知悉公司的人员需求水平。(我知道，我说完这话，一些人就笑了，是的，这是个HR们面临的老大难，不懂业务，在运营管理会议上插不上话，也影响不了业务进展。但是，至少你要去做吧？!)

     开展培训，特别是时间管理、工作技巧和经验分享类的培训。

     加强对员工工作效率的绩效考核，对员工的单位工作产出进行定期评价，对于落后的人员进行劝退和辞退。

     The PGD is responsible for the total revenue and contribution of the events for the division. The PGD has a total overview of the market both on exhibitor and visitor side to drive growth and develop new businesses and launches new shows.

     The PGD is giving direct lead to a team with different disciplines. The PGD has a strong role in the development of the whole organization (pro-active role to advice on the company’s strategy)

     Requirements

     Bachelor's degree or above, MBA degree preferred

     8 years of solid experience in international sales and marketing, at least 5 years' management (including leadership skills); experience within exhibition/media industry background

     * Comprehensive knowledge of trade show industry

     * Strong sales & marketing skills, business presentation & negotiation skills

     * Good understanding and relevant knowledge in international business culture

     * Proven skills in computer applications, (CRM, Microsoft Office)

     * Mature, excellent inter-personal communication skill

     * Creative and strategically thinking

     * Good Commercial sense

     * Well- organized, Hardworking and self-motivated.

     * Fast paced, result-oriented, swift, quick to learn

     * Team player & good knowledge of management

     Excellent Spoken and Written English
